We are a family business that aims to provide excellent accommodation and friendly service. All of our services are customised to you and your stay. Whether it is just a small getaway, work trip or a family trip to see what Narrogin has to offer, we will ensure that your stay is a pleasant and relaxing one.


You can enjoy a quiet moment of relaxation in one of the lounges, read a book, have a chat with friends or even just enjoy a complimentary cup of tea or coffee.


All rooms have a table or desk for doing some after hours work if necessary, while offering free high speed WiFi.

Payment Policy​

Credit card details must be provided or 50% of the total booking value, including any 'extras' ordered, will be charged at the time of booking. The remainder will be due on check in.


We do NOT apply a surcharge for credit card payments. Unfortunately we don't accept AMEX.


For bookings on popular dates and big events like Woolorama, Narrogin Show, UGGS hockey carnival and the like, we will require full payment when you make the booking. This payment will not be refundable if booking is cancelled within a week of the event.

Cancellation Policy

As a small business, we can be greatly affected by cancellations. The following policy applies for cancellations made in advance of the proposed arrival date.


If the stay is cancelled within less than 48 hours of the proposed arrival date, the 50% will not be refunded.


When a customer fails to arrive for a booking, cancels on the day of arrival or a stay is cut short, the customer forfeits 100% of the total booking value.
